About Us

Community Care Northumberland — Is a multi-service, volunteer based community support organization enabling clients to experience a higher quality of life by strengthening their connections with the community. Programs available include; Hospice Palliative Care, Meals on Wheels (Hot and Frozen), Transportation (both volunteer based, accessible and rural), Community Dinners, Friendly Visiting, Home Help and Maintenance, and in-home assistance for individuals leaving the hospital.
