McCracken Auto & Truck Centre is here to help customers with all of the regular maintenance and unexpected repairs. The state of the art facility can accommodate cars, trucks, RV's, and tractor trailers. McCracken has well trained technicians, capable of repairing and maintaining all makes and models of vehicles. The location offers all the up to date computer diagnostic tools, as well as access to online technical service bulletins, warranty and recall information. McCracken Auto & Truck Centre will be restricting in-person visits wherever possible. Locations will be “drop only” facilities to ensure social distancing. The drivers and technicians will maintain a safe distance while providing roadside services. Technicians will not require a signature following a service call at this time.
For those who have travelled, specifically outside of the country, McCracken has requested they remain home in self-quarantine for a minimum of 14 days and are not to come to the office, as per Health Canada's recommendations.
If customers arrive without notice - do not enter the building. Please call the office directly to make arrangements for service.
