Northumberland United Way
Family, Community & Civic Organizations
Northumberland United Way has been showing its local love for the people living in Northumberland County since 1969. They do this by funding programs and services that address the issues faced right here in the community including poverty, homelessness, and mental health just to name a few. It is their mission to bring people and resources together to build a strong, healthy, safe community for all. Donations to United Way make this possible. Local giving. Local results. Local Love.
Show your Local Love. Take action today. Like United Way on Facebook, visit mynuw.org, or call 1-(800) 833-0002 to learn more. Open Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Customers can expect social distancing stickers on the floor when entering the building, hand sanitizer is available and masks are mandatory when entering the building. Plexiglass is installed in open areas and cleaning procedures are in place for commonly used areas (ex, bathroom etc.).
In response to this pandemic and in an effort to be proactive, United Way has developed the United Way Northumberland COVID-19 Community Relief Fund. Every dollar raised through this initiative will go directly back into local programs and services that need it most. United Way Northumberland is asking that donations be made either online or by mail.
