The 33nd Annual Campbellford Polar Plunge takes place at the Lions Club Park in support of the Campbellford Memorial Hospital. To plunge, pledge or participate contact polarplungecmh@gmail.com or 705-761-7155.
Plunge virtually anytime before January 25th from the comfort of your home and send a picture or video to polarplungecmh@gmail.com

Plunge in person on January 25th. A hot lunch is available at Christ Anglican Church after the plunge.
