Arrival between 8 PM and 9 PM:Guests will be welcome by harpist Angelica Ottewill at the entrance until all guests have arrived. RSVP by April 5th. This will be the first annual "Black & White Medieval Masquerade Ball" This ball is two years in the making.Date and Time

Each guest will be introduced with a mystery name to the company by our Herald Shawn Trueman and escorted to their tables by a knight in full armour where they can mingle with other mystery guests.
Through the evening You and your guests will receive a complementary picture as a memento of this fine occasion on our Royal Thrones (images will be edited and emailed at a later date) and a complimentary glass of Sparkling wine.

Description
The new Grand Maple Event Centre is the newly renovated Presbyterian Church in Hastings.
The event has limited admission. Each table accommodates 10 people. You can suggest up to 9 guests that can sit at your own table (with a discounted price), or share a table with other mystery guests. Guests are encouraged to walk around and meet other guests.
You will receive a personalized invitation(s) on a burnt scroll and wax sealed for you and each of your guests.

DRESS CODE:
• Medieval outfit for both Men and Women (if any issues with the dress outfit, Women Black and/or White long gowns and Men Black and/or White Tails or Tuxedo.
• Preferred but not necessary red accents like feathers, glove, necklace, ties etc.
• Masks are a must for both men and women in any colour.
