This year’s event is on May the 4th, which is often called Star Wars Day. “May the 4th be with you” is a pun on the Star Wars catchphrase, "May the Force be with you". Run organizers are encouraging participants to consider dressing as their favourite Star Wars character.

The run/walk routes will take you through the roads of Ferris Provincial Park and over the breathtaking and picturesque Ranney Gorge Suspension Bridge. The day will also feature a 1K Fun Run for Kids. Funds raised will support patient care and the purchase of new high-priority medical equipment for Campbellford Memorial Hospital.
