About Us

Blommer Chocolate is the largest cocoa processor and ingredient chocolate supplier in North America catering primarily to the confectionery, baking and snack industries. The Campbellford location, purchased by Blommer in 2006, employs more than 130 people and produces over 85 million pounds of compound coatings a year. This product is produced in both liquid and solid forms. Campbellford specializes in flavoured, coloured and high protein coatings. Additionally, the Campbellford plant also supplies organically certified chocolate liquor to its sister locations.
In addition to the Campbellford factory, Blommer also has 3 plants in the USA. Blommer Chocolate is a leader in advancing sustainable cocoa farming, playing an active role in the World Cocoa Foundation and promoting sustainable farming practices. Blommer Chocolate has been recently acquired by Fuji Oil Holdings, but continues to operate under the Blommer name.
