About Us

Ottomatic Renovations is a handyman services business in the Trent Hills area. Our aim is to improve the functionality and flow of your home. We offer a range of services from quick visits for small repairs and maintenance to multi-week projects. Whether you’re looking to have some fixtures exchanged, a room painted, drywall repairs and installation, trim-work or a remodel of your bathroom, basement, or kitchen. We can assist you with your renovation however suits you best.

Through email correspondence we will require a description of the project. The email should include the following; your contact information (including address) and a brief description of the project. For larger projects like remodels we also request some rough measurements, a few photos of the worksite, and if possible some image examples of your inspiration. We will respond with a few questions to ensure that everyone is on the same page before providing an estimate. Our estimates often include a range as every project is different. Once the details have been discussed we will require a retainer to secure your spot in our calendar. For larger projects we will arrange a visit ahead of time to do a walk through and discuss what to expect during the project. Depending on the duration of the project Installment payments may be required. Upon completion of the project a final invoice will be sent via email and we will request any feedback you have regarding our services.
