About Us

Melissa Flynn Real Estate Team is an all dynamic group of five highly charged intelligent women led by Melissa Flynn, Broker. Melissa brings a contagious enthusiasm and a down to earth approach to her job, but most importantly Melissa and her team know how to get the job done in a timely manner with desired results. The Team’s priority is and always will be client first making the clients real estate experience a pleasurable one. They do this by taking the time needed to educate and build market awareness which assists in giving their clients the confidence in making their home buying decision.

Melissa is a long-standing member of both the Quinte & Northumberland County Real Estate Boards and services both communities and surrounding areas. Melissa is well versed with residential options such as condos and urban homes an added bonus is that she is a farm & cottage owner and possesses a strong understanding of rural hobby farms, vacant land, rural residential and waterfront property.
