Purpose of the Meeting: Provide notice of a proposal for the corporation to continue out of the Provincial Not For Profit Corporations Act (NFPCA) and continue under the Federal Boards of Trade Act (BOTA).
A Special Members Meeting will be held on June 18, 2024 to vote on the proposal and complete the steps necessary to transition to the Federal jurisdiction.
