Community Care Northumberland hosts an Aerobics Class via Zoom or in person each Tuesday morning at 11 am at New Start Fitness - 89 Front St. S., Campbellford.
Low impact aerobics to the beat of Oldies music. Fantastic for your heart and to reduce stress. Great for beginners and those over 50.
