Empire Cheese Co-op — Northumberland's only “Cheese Producing” plant is open 7 days a week Monday to Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday 9:00am to 5:00pm. All ages of cheddar available from extra mild to 5 year-old at the outlet store. A variety of specialty cheeses and fresh curd 6 days per week. Kawartha Dairy ice cream available May through October. Selection of gift baskets & boxes. 1120 County Road 8, Campbellford.
